A lot of guys missed weight for this fight, which is a sign of disrespect to not only their opponents, but also to promoter Phil Ross, and most importantly the fans. But, what more than made up for that was the near 90% finish rate of the fight. Lots of cuts, and lots of submissions, which means there was something for fans of the brawl game and technical ground game. Keep an eye out for UCC 2. Lamont Lister’s losing streak stretches to six, and now straddles a three year period. His last win was in September of 2008. Congratulations to Sean Soriano for winning the UCC 145# strap and going to 3-0.
