Steve Cofield turned up an interesting little story on DMX. The X Man, who’s real name is Earl Simmons, was scheduled to fight in Alabama Pride next month. But, as Cofield has discovered, X wants to stack the deck.

X’s manager, Nakia Walker, submitted an addendum to the rapper’s original contract for the fight, stipulating: “Event Promoter and Management agree that [DMX] is scheduled to win the Boxing Challenge.”

DMX has been replaced on the card by Coolio.
